The objective was to build a clean, informative, and conversion-focused website that simplifies the insurance journey — from discovering the right plan to filing a claim — while reinforcing trust and transparency at every step.

The Challenge

Magma's existing digital presence lacked the clarity and engagement needed to educate and convert modern insurance buyers. The website failed to communicate the brand's purpose, values, and team effectively, resulting in low user confidence and poor lead generation. With growing competition in the insurance sector, Magma needed a redesigned platform that could clearly present their offerings, highlight key metrics, and guide users toward quick, confident decisions.

The Solution

We redesigned the Magma General Insurance website with a structured, content-rich layout featuring quick service access for all insurance categories, a compelling About Us section covering their purpose, values, and core team, and key performance stats highlighting policy reach and claim processing scale. The site integrates a dedicated section for the Magma Mobile App, encouraging users to manage their insurance on the go. Multiple homepage variants were explored to ensure the best visual and UX balance, with a consistent dark-footer layout reinforcing brand authority.

The Result

The redesigned website gave Magma a stronger, more credible digital identity. Clear navigation and quick service access reduced user drop-off, while the transparent About Us and values section built greater trust with prospective customers. The mobile app integration extended user engagement beyond the website, and the improved layout directly contributed to better lead quality and increased policy inquiries.
