Overview

NexaCRM is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management platform designed to help sales teams manage their entire pipeline — from first contact to closed deal. The goal was to build an intuitive, visual CRM that gives lead managers and sales reps complete clarity over their deals, contacts, activities, and invoices — all from a single, unified workspace.

The Challenge

Sales teams managing leads through spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected tools had no real-time visibility into their pipeline health. Deals slipped through the cracks, follow-ups were missed, and managers had no clear way to track lead progress across stages — from new inquiry to won or lost. There was a clear need for a structured, visual CRM that could bring order to the chaos of daily sales operations.

The Solution

We designed and developed NexaLeads — a feature-rich dealer portal with a clean, responsive dashboard offering real-time insights into contacts, inquiries, orders, and revenue. The platform includes modules for Offerings, Inquiries, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, and Contact management. With visual analytics, status tracking, upcoming event reminders, and role-based access, NexaLeads transforms how dealers manage their day-to-day operations.

The Result

We designed and developed NexaCRM with a Kanban-style sales pipeline that visually organizes deals across stages — New Leads, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won, and Lost. Each deal card captures key details including deal value, lead source, assigned rep, and follow-up date, with priority tagging for High, Medium, and Low urgency. The platform also includes Contacts, Activities, Invoices, Products, Projects, and a File Browser — alongside an upcoming events panel and latest updates feed — giving sales managers a complete operational command center.
